BRANO foundry plant is equipped with the most modern arrangements which allows the production of the castings for automotive industry.

In our design department we prepare the casting drawings based on the customer’s data (drawing or 3D data). This drawing corresponds with used production technology. We ensure the process of requested documentation and based on 3D data we provide the production of pattern, the production of samples, or preparations of models till the approval for serial production is given. Based on special requirements we provide simulation of metallurgical processes and we optimize forms of casting or of pouring system to preclude the internal defects. We use a system Catia and PRO/Engineer for work in 3D.

The foundry garantees keeping the chemical and physical properties of casted materials and provides certificates at customer´s request. According to the customer’s demands we succeed demanding mechanical properties and metallographic features by the optimalization of used material structure.

Nodular cast iron as per EN 1563 (grade EN-GJS-400-15, EN-GSJ-450-10 and EN-GSJ-500-7, accuracy according to ISO 8062, CT 8–10, DIN 1680 GTB 13-15)
